What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept major Indian Credit and Debit Cards and also have the facility of Cash on Delivery (COD). To avail COD you would have to pay extra Rs 60/-. It is advisable to opt for Prepaid payment methods in case of higher amounts.
How long is the order processing time?
For jewellery, we make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 7 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce / procure it.
Is there any guarantee on your products?
Since most of our products are crafted in metal alloys we do not provide any guarantee.
